this was a delicious recipe that I found of this lovely food blog, annies-eats, soon as I seen this delicious meal I just knew I had to create it for myself and my husband!
of course I didn’t make it exactly the same, i added my own little mix to the delicious bowl of stir fry.
what you will need to season your shrimp
sweet red chili sauce
once the shrimp is well seasoned, place all of the goodness into a pot and allow it to cook for about 15 – 20 minutes.
now for your delicious vegetables:
shred carrots with shredder, or simply purchase shredded carrots from your nearest farm market
cut your broccoli into smaller crowns
prepare your corn
by the time you are finished cleaning your vegetable to prepare for your stir fry, your shrimp should be completely done.
allow shrimp to cool down for about 2 -3 minutes, then add in your broccoli and your corn. stir continuously, but you don’t want to over cook, that your broccoli becomes soggy.
When the shrimp, broccoli and corn looks evenly marinated, then add in your carrots and cilantro.
if you desire to serve the stir fry with rice, prepare it while cooking the shrimp that way the food doesn’t get to cold. that’s what I did!
hope this helped guys, be sure to check out annies-eats.com for amazing recipes.
